"I can positively say that I thoroughly enjoyed the training programme. The facilitator was excellent and was able to get the best out of every person in the room. I can sometimes ‘hide away’ but the way she planned the session meant I had to get involved.... I particularly liked the ‘objects’ she bought in, the cowbell will stay in mind for a long time. Most importantly for me is the fact that I can use some of the ‘lessons’ learned in my job and in day to day dealings with people."
