Free hints, tips, articles, and interviews
Welcome to our new service that gives you lots of free information to help you do a better job. Follow @RodLaird
It’s called Rod’s Reflections – and I hope you find it helpful. Anybody is welcome to use it – whether they’ve been on a course or not.
We are starting it from scratch so if there are any topics or problems you would like us to write about or solve please do let us know >>
We want our website to have the same benefits as our training courses – an opportunity to learn – and also exchange ideas with your colleagues throughout the UK and Australia. “Joined up thinking” requires joined up training and a joined up website.
So if you can think of a colleague who would benefit from knowing about this free service please spread the word to them.
We'll be adding more articles week by week - bear with us and keep visiting!
